Do you provide a shuttle service from the train station?
We will provide shuttle service to/from the Croton Harmon Train Station based on availability. Taxis and Uber are available at the train station as well.

On-site parking is included in your meeting package.

Do you have a business center?
We do have a computer and printer available to our guests as well as a color copier. Our meeting concierge are happy to assist with any printing and shipping needs.

What is your pet policy and do you allow service dogs?
Crotonville Conference Center complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding Service Animals. Guests traveling with a Service Animal will not be charged a pet fee, also known as a pet cleaning fee. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.
Emotional support, therapy, comfort, and companion animals and not considered service animals under the ADA.

Do you have cribs available?
We do not have pack and plays, highchairs or cribs.

Do you have a restaurant?
The Main Dining Room is our conference dining location and serves our group meals. These meals are included in your meeting packages. We also have an a la carte coffee shop, Café 56, on-site for our meeting attendees

Do you have a gym on site?
Crotonville Conference Center has a fully equipped fitness center. Here, you can find a large variety of cardio equipment, including treadmills, stair climbers, stationary bikes, ellipticals, and ARC trainers. You will also find free weights, weight machines, and balance balls in the main room. Downstairs, there’s an aerobic studio (with barre set up) plus a racquetball court and a fully equipped Spin Studio.
For runners and hikers, take advantage of 62 acres or the 2 1/2-mile trail leading to the Croton River and enjoy the fresh air, wildlife, and scenery!

There are a multitude of things that are considered when estimating prices for a meeting or event, including specific dates requested, size of the group, meeting and dietary needs. We do our best to work within group budgets.
